AN EASY MEDITATION TO REDUCE
STRESS AND TENSION

This Awareness wishes to point out to entities a method of reducing tension and disorientation that often occurs when entities are involved in activities that create inner stress, particularly when there is a need to be clear-headed and to have one's emotions well-balanced. This Awareness indicates that quite frequently, entities are called upon to make important decisions, while also undergoing emotional stress, because of some conflict involved in the decision.
You Must be Well Balanced to Make Proper Decisions
This Awareness indicates that it is often a time when the entity will make poor decisions, because of that emotional conflict or imbalance that is caused by the situation, and it is during such times that entities need to be well-balanced emotionally, spiritually, mentally and physically in order to make proper decisions. This Awareness indicates you cannot make a good decision when being forced to have a fearful attitude or emotion during the decision making. You cannot make a good decision when feeling confused. You cannot make a good decision when being pressured by time factors or by efforts to push you into a particular decision or direction.
Get Away From Those Who Would Pressure You
This Awareness indicates that the first thing that is necessary is to get away from the influence that is trying to pressure the decision. If for example, it is a salesman or someone who is insistent on a decision, tell them you need to have time to think about it or to consult your spouse or attorney or to study the matter more deeply; anything to allow you time to get away from their influence.
Once away from the influence of the entity, if possible, consult with experts, if this is possible and appears necessary, so that you have facts to work with, and if you feel inadequate in terms of what you need to do, try to determine whether you could get proper help in doing the things necessary that you yourself are unable to do or do not feel confident to do.
This Awareness indicates that the next thing is to set aside some time whereby you can meditate, and in this meditation look inward at your emotions and line up as much as possible, your chakras, so that they are in a
straight line, sitting up straight or lying down flat.
Lining up the chakras helps to create balance, a physical balance, a spiritual balance, and an emotional balance. By focusing on the alignment of the chakras, keeping the spine straight and turning your attention inward on these areas, it begins to bring the emotions back into balance and harmony.It also begins to affect the spiritual aspects of your consciousness, and the physical body begins to recharge its energy, and the mental body begins to lose its agitation and come into a state of rest.
Clarity may then follow. It may take some time. You cannot expect the meditation to have much effect in the first minute or two. It may take anywhere from ten minutes to an hour, or you may have to repeat the meditation for some time in order to regain your central poise, but it is important to be poised at the time you make your decision.
This Awareness indicates that this will help you to make rational and clear decisions, and there are many times when these decisions can become turning points in your life for good or ill, depending on what is decided. Never let yourself be put in a position to make a decision when you are out of balance emotionally, or mentally or when you do not have the time or the information needed for a clear decision.
This Awareness indicates that you not hesitate to seek advice from experts in the area of information needed for a proper decision. This of course depending on the importance of your decision; the more important, the more expert advice you may need to receive. This Awareness indicates that you must remember that when you make some decisions, you must live with those decisions, sometimes from there on out. Once you take a step, you may not be able to reverse the step.
