A MESSAGE FROM THE BEES

I was sitting, meditating, at Machu Picchu, and kept getting distracted by the buzzing of a Bee. It didn't go away or change its tone, so I peeled my eyes open and saw a bumble bee flying in a perfect figure of eight or the infinity symbol, right in front of me. So much had happened that morning so I filed this event away for future thought! The last few days there have been a few posts about bees, so I asked for the reason I was shown the 'infinity bee' Bees live in a community ~ humans used to ~ each member of the hive has an equally important role ~ humans used to ~ bees work for a common goal ~ humans work for an individual goal ~ bees work as a team needing no leader, each does its alloted task, for the good of the community ~ humans work for themselves, not community ~ mankind can't live without bees ~ bees can live without mankind! ~ bees benefit nature by pollinating and therefore enabling plants to blossom and fruit ~ mankind interferes with nature, destoying, and genetically changing nature, could this be what has caused the bee collonies to collapse? The lessons from bees are many, we can only make honey, if our community works together,in harmony with nature. Mankind has many illnesses that come from his own folly. The honeycomb,represents in many traditions, the tapestry of life, showing how one thing supports the next, and it ensures the bees life is a perpetual cycle. Mankind again have interferred with our life cycle, perhaps we can learn from the bees so we can ensure our planet has an infinity life span, and us with it.
