Life is always a surprise no matter how we plan. A great lady once said she was skeptically optimistic about the future. What a wonderful way to sees things. We find ourselves in the future and it is never as we planned but it can be more wondrous and mysterious then we could ever hope for if we allow our spirit to be free. Meditate, breath and relax is key to enhancing life. The cosmos can enter in with all the life vibration of oxygen so take a deep breath and experience the universe.
