hello everyone, i need some suggestions

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well living in happiness and in light. I wirte this post because as a lightworker I become puzzled sometimes. Lateley I am noticing more and more how it seems to be true that we are here to learn lessons and I am begining to see everyone I encounter as another part of myself. When I run into a a person that is acting negativley i send love to him and accept him the way he or she is. But my question has nothing to do with this, it just sorta flowed out of me.
My main concern is that well, I mean, this is a "mass awakening" so they say.. but i am in culinary school and i dont know if i havent met enough people but no one seems to be interested at all in the spiritual path.. When i first came here i had difficulty adjusting.. I understand that one who is awakened has thoughts that vibrate at higher frequencies, and people who still lay around and watch tv (low frequencies) just react to everything around them with no real direction. I dont intend in anyway to put myself above anybody or make exuses, its just what i have come to learn.
Is there a reason for me not being around more spirituly oriented people? plus w/ no car or form of transportation i have no way of getting to any say meditation centers or the like. I am very happy and doing good, i just feel that there is an answer for my being a lone warrior. Any thoughts?
