Keeping a gratitude journal, April 11, 2008

I am so tired, I have been emoting most of the afternoon.

I am in deep change in the NOW.

I have had little ability to read or write or do anything organized like WORK! for some weeks now. This is distressing, but I think changes are happening on a deep level.

Yet I have been doing things. I got someone new to help do the accounting at the nonprofit I started. I got some computer equipment, which will be very helpful. I invited some very special women friends (and a magic teleporting cricket) over to celebrate my 18th re-birthday. I passed my first exam (there are several more) for getting my coastguard liscence (sort of a joke, sort of not) I haven't taken a real class with exams in 20 years. I have been learning to SAY what I think and feel as it happens. I have been sticking up for myself in conversations.

As I said: I am in deep change in the NOW.

There is a part of me that is scared. I have to let go of the fear so that I can manifest all the great goodness I have to offer.

Gdolphin reminded me to journal on gratitude.

Please share your own experiences with a gratitude journal. How has it helped you? Do you want to create your own?

In the "law of attraction" idea (no i have not seen the movie) it is my understanding that whatever we think we can manifest, so I am trying to shift from fear to gratitude so I can manifest more things to be thankful for, instead of more things to be afraid of.

Here goes, in no particular order:
