how to expand yourself

Channelings etc that brings us information way beyond how we daily think and act.

If we now are using our right and left brain, and partilly our heart to understand who we are in our daily lives.

Why is it then the the messages that are beeing channeled to us with this limited capacity, often are beeing explained so that we can not get the entire picturefrom within this reality?

Why do they have to leave so much of the message outside of our understanding capacity? They tell us that we can expand there but they dont give us the tools within our reality.

Is it not so that a more expanded knowing would know how to explain it to a less expanded knowing, that is our left and right brain + our heart?

Do anyone have any ideas around this?
And do you understand what I am saying at all?
