Removing Negative Thoughtforms from the Group Consciousness, Part One

To Get Started:

All thoughts are real.

Lightworkers & Lightwarriors gather instinctively and all feel the sense of purpose to be somewhere, doing something.

The rules of the game are NOT complicated. It is we, on this side of the veil, who make it complicated.

Self-Truth evolves with each breathe. Using your discernment (a word way overused these days just like empowerment 15 years ago) and judgement, you KNOW what feels correct and what doesn’t.  Allow yourself that truth, self-truth evolves with each breathe.

Following just your heart will give you a sense of purpose and self-alignment with the universe as we know it.

What I ask of you who read my words today is this:

For each negative thought that you have, have two positive ones.

Say for instance, you have the thought, “Oh what a jerk.” See it for what it is: a negative thoughtform that now exists within our 3d group consciousness.

Obligate yourself to now have two positive thoughtforms. “What a pretty flower.” “Here, let me hold the door for you.”

The +/- thoughtforms do not have to be of the same subject. Thoughtforms are thoughtforms and follow mathematical lines not subject matter. For example,  1 + 1 = 2 or in our exercise -1+2=+1 (one negative and two positive equals one positive).

It does not matter if the thoughts are spoken out loud or not. Once the thought is formed, it exists and needs to be dealt with.

Due to our individual and collective life experiences, our empathy increases. As our empathy levels rise within each soul, the ability to be directly impacted by thoughts either your own or others rise as well. Life experiences give you empathy.  You can say been there, done that and mean it from your own experiences. Empathy is a big positive over sympathy. Sympathy is pity which in and of itself creates more negative thoughtforms. Do you understand? If you are reading my words, I know you do. If you know your empathy is on the rise over the past few years, now you can see another path of how this is happening to and through yourself and all that is. Empathy experiences (by and far deemed negative life experiences) have brought you to this doorway, the doorway of your own heart. The more positive thoughts you have, the higher the energy levels will be for spirituality.

It is part of the spiral and changing reality that we experience day to day; breathe to breathe. It is our self and group obligation to acknowledge and alter our own thought patterns so that we can begin to correct eons of negative thoughtforms that surround and envelope this planet we call HOME regardless of the home ties we feel from our soul.

Start now in this moment. Direct your attention towards creating positive thoughtforms, your own and the collective and see how you feel at the end of a 12 hour shift of positive thoughtforms. Your vibration will change; your self-alignment will increase. You will be happier. This is something that I believe we each need to do. It is a start within each of us.

On-line and face-to-face, we have each felt “the cold shoulder” or shuttered with anxiety when we have felt other’s energy or read their written words. I have even had tears swell up in my eyes or I have felt my heart sing with Joy at the words of another-and I don’t even need to know the individual who wrote them. Thoughtforms are real and they are imbedded in our words and pictures because those are 2 of the most common modes we use for communication.

Is there more? This is spirit we are talking about here. There is always more in all ways!  To take another breathe, is to request (even demand) another lesson in love. 

Bottom line:

For each negative thought that you have, have two positive ones.
