The journey to healthy eating continues:
I am trying to love my body to wellness.
No noni juice today. I forgot
Ate broccoli and green beans with braggs amino for breakfast.
then a Key Lime LARABAR with salt on it (tastes better) but it had some
shell flecks in it, so I will send that back to the company, I didn't eat
the whole thing. I wonder if the dates give too many carbs.
lunch will be spinach and tofu with garam masala spice (so vegan palak panneer!)
and then broccoli, rice and lentils.
had a chocolate soy milk. the last one. (or was that yesterday)
i'm going to quit soy. sigh.
I am tired, I need a nap already. But I have to get some work done.
Had a good day, but still really tired.
Cherry pie Larabar for a snack this afternoon.
Need to get some supper now
