{Healthy Eating 6.5} What I've eaten today

Here's the latest installment of my transition to radically healthy eating.

So today, I was running late.

I had 2 early appointments back to back.

I did the Noni Juice (2 teaspoons approx) in a glass
then a water chaser.

This stuff is NASTY tasting. This time i remembered to shake the
bottle (first time) and it's even more viscous.

I'm just going to try to finish the bottle but it's not somethign i look forward to.
(it's a big bottle will take a month) stick with me.

So I ddint' get to eat anything til i was in car enroute from apt 1 to apt 2

ate greens and tofu by hand while driving. (i know i know)

in car from apt 2 to office: a mole flavored LARABAR

then got to office and scarfed down: lentils, broccoli, watherchestnust and chimmichurri rice.
not a huge serving. on of the shorter square ziploc containers.

I am still hungry.

Need to get some work done though.

I think I will have a chocolate soy milk now.
