{Healthy Eating 6} What we put in our mouth (dental MERCURY) Lot of info on PH!!

In this case I am referring to dental work.

I had known for about 6 years that I needed to replace 6
fillings (the old silver mercury kind) and I had that work
done in October or so.

I asked the dentists about the efffects of the dust getting in
my system when they removed it. I did a little research but
not much. It took a lot of courage for me to get the dental
work done, as it is TRULY TRAUMATIC for me. (maybe more
later, but I don't want to get into now.)

About the same time I had the denal work done all this crap started
with the itching on my head.

I got that new "white" fillings put in.

Am I having a systemic reaction to getting the filings out?
Or maybe the new material?

How do I figure this out???
