Connection to Nature
In many areas around the world, Mother Earth is laying new foundation as she shifts into upward balance. The animal, plant, tree, and mineral kingdoms are all on board with this ascension. It is now time for us as humanity to balance!
A genuine connection with nature is key in so many ways. Regardless of where you are presently vibrating at, surrounding yourself with and appreciating the Earth is so beneficial.
Throughout this ascension process one of the many key points in which we really need to focus on: is allowing ourselves to “be”, allowing the intentions and desires of our Essence and our Divinity to flow through us and manifest into our reality.
It is easy to get caught up in “theory” and in reading about this whole transformation process, watching others, and looking everywhere but inside of ourselves. I know because I have struggled with this, and I now see that the key is to look inside, to remove whatever may be blocking, replacing it with love and compassion and then simply allowing for unconditional love and who you truly are to effortlessly and amazingly flow through.
For me, experiencing nature has been an amazing outlet. It really helps me in reconnecting to who I am, and what I am here for. Mother Nature needs my help as much as I need hers. We as humanity have not been treating her with unconditional love and that has to change.
I try to go hiking everyday, but at this point it doesn’t always happen. If I have a busy day with my job, or errands, I’ll have a fire in my back yard in the evenings, go for a walk in my neighborhood, sit on the porch, or work in my garden.
I see how important it is for me to spend time outside. Earth is my element, and the forests and mountains call my name! Places like the Sandia or the Jemez Mountains, Mount Taylor, or the Magdellenas. They are all so close and all vibrating so very positively. The time we spend in these places of high vibration helps us to not only increase our own vibration, but if we learn to be observant and on a consciousness level with the Earth, we can each give so much back in our own unique and amazing way.
It really is so important to be balanced, balance within ourselves and through what we do, through the food we eat, the water we drink, and the company and atmosphere we surround ourselves with. Balance is so important.
There are some very easy things that we can do to help improve the vibration of our homes and surroundings. Incorporating the elements of water, air, earth, and fire can be done in any home or office right now. We greatly increase the positive energy of our surroundings, our home in this case, by simply using all four elements. By placing a cool fountain, a beautiful plant, candles or a fireplace, and an open window letting in the cool refreshing breeze we align ourselves with the elements. Natural paint colors and earth tones also have a very positive effect.
When we are actually out in nature, experiencing the beauty of the earth, we can ourselves to become completely aligned and completely balanced it is then when we are able to truly connect with Mother Earth. This alignment can easily be blocked with our old thought patters and conditioned belief systems which we must work through in order to fully realize ourselves as well as Earth.
There is a distinct difference in going on a hike to reach a point, to conquer or complete a hike, working through thoughts in your head, and focusing on hiking. This way of hiking is fun, I’ve done it, but I receive no where near the amounts of fulfillment that I gain from being balanced and equally giving and receiving nature by and consciously experiencing Mother Earth.
The way I explore nature now and the way I know I used to explore things in my youth are much more inline with my divinity, my essence, and with the essence and divinity of nature.
Sitting and meditate on an amazing rock feeling its vibrations along with the vibrations of the entire mountain. I observe the trees, the sky and clouds, the ground, earth, animals and plants.
Different areas of each mountain and different mountains all have unique and rewarding lessons for us to learn and experience.
We have so much to learn from the Earth, and she is more than willing to share these lessons with us, but it is up to us to listen.
I’m working on putting together a guided meditation hike if anyone is interested, the first one will probably be somewhere in the Sandia’s. Also I hike somewhere pretty much every day so if you’re ever interested in going on a little adventure let me know!
