A movie vampire who was chasing me during a party

I will write you a dream that has stuck in my mind for three days. Can you help me to solve it? Thank you. Just one explanatory note for a beginning: I am a taibloid journalist. Just telling you in order to understand my dream better.

I was at some party, dunno who hold it in that dream, but it was at night. It was a warm, midsummer night, we were in a garden belonging to a large bungalow with long, glassed-in sliding doors. The party was high, guests promenading and my fellow tabloid reporters and photographers were everywhere. The house was light-drenched and there was a fine weather. Sudddenly - I dunno how did he get there - there appeared Tom Cruise as vampire Lestat from Interview with the vampire. I perceived him just as vampire Lestat, like if the was only the character. He was all spruce and dashing, with his curly blonde hair falling in cascades on his shoulders, dressed in his blue waistcoat that was sewed with gold. And he wanted to kill me. I didn' say anything, didn't run, just slowly begun to back up. But he just smiled a little and begun to follow me. Slowly. I know that if I am not going to do anything, my life would be over. Very soon. He might have said something to me, something threatening, but I don't remember anything anymore. But I talked to the paparazzi and acted like nothing happened. They asked me: Are you all right? The noticed that I am nervous. Then I saw Lestat again and begun to run. I run round the house twice - Lestat kept on teleporting in front of me or to the roof where he could have watched me where I am going - and then I finally run to the glassed-in doors. He appeared behind me and wanted to grab me. I leaned to the door and opened it but I happened to hit one paparazzi (I like him, he is verys handsome, like a movie star, but he is an awful fuckster) with my hand. He turned around and shouted nervously at me: "What are you doing?" And then I finally got in the house and shut the door. The last thing I remember is that I was watching Lestat throgh the door, and i know that during the dream, he must have been with me in the house. I am not sure if he got in. I woke up.
