{Healthy Eating 4 } FOOD/FEELING LOG

This is an ongoing health story about eating Vegan to combat illness.
Here's today so far:

I am totally exhausted I am spending longer days than I normally would.

Tomorrow I will sort of have a break since I will be going to see the dermatologist in the afternoon.
It's sad when break is going to the doctors!

My primary care doc referred me to and Infectious Diseases Specialist for the Lyme(?)
so that's one more thing to add to my plate. at least I don't have to eat him.
Because that would be cannibalism and i've already addressed that in a blog once this week.

So today I had the Noni juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

Then I had a Trader Joes Very Green Juice Blend whci has 140 calories and no fat. it has apple juice,
mango puree, banana and kiwi pruee, spirulina, chlorella, broccoli, spinach , barley and wheat grass
parsley, gineger root, blue green algae and odorless garlic. (drank it during an interview i was conducting.)

And then for "lunch" I had steamed fresh broccoli and tofu wiht a lot of garlic and lemon pepper salt.
it was sauteed with a bit of olive oil and braggs amino

I am tired I need a nap.

I am leading a workshop tonight and I have a computer guru coming to set up some stuff on my computers
this afternoon. I am so tired.

Oh, there *IS* good news... I have lost 5 lbs since I started recording what I ate.
I have also been a little bit more active than usual. (which is why i am so tired)
And I have been drinking more water.

I had gained about 10 in the last 2 months, being indoors and depressively eating crap. (notably junk food like popcorn and chips and chocolate,
I mean ENTIRE LARGE BARS for a meal.)

So I am optimistic.
