{Healthy Eating 3 } FOOD/FEELING LOG

I'm keeping track of everything I eat and getting help and ideas from you all dear readers.
I'm combatting 2 infections and trying to alkalinize my body since critters wont thrive in
those environments.

So Today, Tuesday

I got up earlier than usual.

I had a 2 tsps of Noni juice on an empty stomach

I went to the office

and had about 4 oz of quiche that my mom made for Easter (so it had eggs and cheese in it)

i had a 10oz water with 2tsps of braggs cider vinegar.

for lunch I had a HUGE mess of organic greens 4 oz of tofu with braggs amino/vinegar/olive oil salad dressing
i also added a glass jar of artichoke hearts (I LOVE THEM) even if it did have citric acid in it.

(If you are reading the ohter blogs about the warnings even about soem "health foods" you would also like to know that
estrogen mimicks are also present in the coating of tin/aluminum cans and many plastics that contain our foods, it's

I treated myself to 2 small (total 2" x2" gluten free chocolate brownie) with 12 oz of almond milk

I am totally exhausted.
I was up til midnight last night. I had a really long day yesterday I never get up that early and start moving.
Usually I am up later, but not so much activity during the day. (at least I dont think so)

I am feeling mentally foggy. sort of light headed like i dont' have control over my limbs fully.

I am also still on the antibiotics.

I want to sleep, but I am going to do rosalies meditation in a few minutes.

it means a lot to me to be here with you all. i wish there was a real place to gather.

for dinner I am going to have steamed broccoli with lots of garlic and some tofu.
and a small amount of rice.

I will take green juice with me to salsa. its such a great class and you get to dance wiht like 20 different people!!

I wish I had a regular dance partner. I love to dance.
