The wonderful warmth

This wonderful warmth that envelopes me. It's changed my view on life...Instead of viewing things with melancholy....I see it with pure joy...The things that used to bother me have changed to be instead....A way for me to understand, to value and comprehend...I try to bridge the gaps differently and only speak of love. I stop and think inside me and things just seem to click. I know it's hard to live here and things can hurt our hearts...But this might be a way for us to view it differently....Look at it only as a way of learning and growing beyond this short time shell....Wean out the good in everything that passes....And if you find yourself alone on a rocky slope...Breathe deeply and enjoy the view...Look around you and take in the beautiful surroundings...The smell of the earth, the flowers nearby, the birds singing their joyful song....Be at peace with yourself...Give yourself a mental hug! Love yourself and others....
Don't criticize, stimulate instead...If someone is sorrowful and points out their deepest pain....Listen quietly and then remind them how lucky they have been...Point out the things they missed that brought joy into their lives...Show them that they are lucky to have had these blessings even if only for a while....Tell them that soon they'll have more blessings than they could ever imagine!
Build in their hearts that joy....that will allow them to change their point of view so they can enjoy life again...We are here for a "blink of an eye" in time...Why sweat the small stuff when there's so much more to life. Let go of the dull ache and learn to live in love...look at things with a full spectrum....The glass is half full! Not half empty!
Be kind, rebuild, be tender, smile...Let everyone you come in contact with begin to change perspective...And if you find yourself getting ready to blast someone with painful words.....Stop and bite your tongue...Use words that will build and construct a different outcome...One of love and respect! So that they can learn to feel the wonderful warmth inside themselves....
