{Healthy Eating 1} FOOD/FEELING LOG

If anyone wants to join me in creating a food/feeling log, you are welcome to join me.

I am transitioning to even more restricted than Vegan eating as directed by spirit, because
I may have a health condition that so far is not responding to antibiotics, and there may be
something else as well. (Lyme disease??) Or maybe it's just ascension stuff and I need to eat
heatlhier anyway! In any case, this diet I am undertaking is designed to make my body chemistry go
alkaline so that no unwanted critters can survive there. Spirit recommended all green leafy vegetables
and only 1/2 c rice per day, so i think spirit did not mean fruit, but I am going to go back and consult
with my "guides/higherself".

I think it will be easier to keep on track if I publish this stuff to help me keep my self accountable. If I cheat, I'll report that too. This transition to radical vegan eating is going to be difficult.

Yesterday was Easter, and I spent it with my family. Ham is the usual main dish. I have Buddhist values, but have not been able to apply this to eating. I know that pigs are some of the smartest animals (after monkeys I think!), and that their flesh is supposed to taste like humans. (who determined this I don't know... but I remember reading somewhere that cannibals refer to human meat as "long pig.")

Today for breakfast I had:

16.5 oz of soy milk with organic green tea 210 calories and 7g of protein

and a cherry pie LARABAR which is unprocessed and raw and contains only dates, almonds and unsweetened cherries. 190 calories (80 from fat)

https://www.larabar.com/secure/index_.php This is one of my favorite "bars" of all time. I am very picky.
(Antoher favorite is the Carrot Cake Clif Bar.)

For a snack I had a Naked Juice Green Machine smoothie (no idea on cals. ) This is it though
http://www.nakedjuice.com/#OurJuices/Details/Superfood/bottle2

For lunch I had 2 all fressh veggie sort of vietnamese style spring roll with a thin rice paper wrap, I put Braggs Liquid Aminos on them instead of soy sauce. (no wheat, low sodium, but tastes very salty and very similar to soy sauce)http://www.bragg.com/products/liquidaminos.html

After that I had half a bottle of Kombucha which is also supposed to be good for alkalinizing and has even been touted as a natural "cure" for cancer. I started drinking that on and off about a year ago and i love it, even crave it, so I wonder if my body ahs been telling me something.

I had "Kombucha Wonder Drink" tradtional flavor. One of my favorites used to be their Asian Pear flavor in a and 8 or 10z bottle, but now the story only carries the 14 oz bottle and traditional was all they had. www.wonderdrink.com

I started doing apple cider vinegar up to 3x a day (2 tsp in a glass of water, with honey or sugar if I can find it, otherwise just plain.) It's hard for me to remember to do things regularly so I am doing my best. http://www.bragg.com/products/applecidervinegar.html

As far as feelings physically right now I am feeling a little gaseous and light headed/spacey. I am also feeling like I ate something VERY spice upon elimination. I dont' know what that coudl have been. (maybe somethign in the thai roll, but nothing tasted spicy. My body feels like it's rebelling!!!!! ALREADY!!! ) ack!!

HOW ARE --YOU-- DEAR READER??

Love and light to you,

Samantha
