mind, body and soul fayre/Spirit of the Birds Workshop

Went to a lovely event at the weekend in Holsworthy, Devon England. The day started with a relaxing guided meditation in a healing garden, so so peaceful and tranquil I'm glad i participated it set the ethos for the rest of the day. I met with so many of my spiritual friends and made some new ones too, so lovely. What I really wanted to share with you all was a workshop I went to on the day with the 'The Bird Lady' Called Spirit of the Bird, which deals with Life Path Orientation. It deals with what the birds we come across daily may have to tell us and she interprets this for you. I have to say she was absolutely spot on with what she had to tell my friend and I about the birds in our lives. The lady is called Julie Open She is writing a book which I suspect will be called Spirit of the Bird definitely one to look out for.
