Keeping on Track, Supporting the change to Radical Vegitarianism, help with Diet plan

Dear Friends,

I have been struggling with some health issues recently. I have one or two (or more!) odd
infections going on. 1 was diagnosed as a seemingly minor, yet tenacious skin problem, and
the other something to do with my IgM, possibly lyme disease or something else, like Epstein Barr
or (please no) Hep C. (I've since learned that HepC is more virulent than HIV, in that it lives on
surfaces and you can get it from a toothbrush, toenail clippers, or razor.) I suspect you could
even get it from kissing someone if you have just brushed your teeth and you both have a bit of
gum disease (blood when you brush). Some people are not diagnosed with HepC until their livers
are in really bad shape, so someone might have it for years and be spreading it totally unknowingly.
That's not one of the things most people ask about before you get intimate, it's just not on
the radar.

What does this have to do with food you ask??? Regardless of whatever it is that I might have.
And I am fully intending to make it go away with your help and encouragement, in addition to
the two aforementioned brain tumors LOLOLOLOLOL. Oh, OK, I get it, this little Lyme wrinkle
came along to get me on track nutritionally and therefore spiritually to raise my vibration.
Because just doing the nutrition thing for the brain cysts alone, I was not motivated enought. Ha ha ha spirit
very funny. Because I have been told, I can make this thing (these things) ALL OF THEM.
GO AWAY.

Spirit gave me a diet to follow for 20 days, awhile ago, have I done it yet? No.

So now I have this Lyme thing, and spirit keeps telling me I need to do this radical vegan thing.

I need your help and insight.

What I got was to eat green veggies and 1/2 a cup of rice a day for 20 days.

No word on protein. Soy was ok I think. But an allergy test a while ago said I was allergic to soy.
So I have no idea.

I need to figure out this diet and I am going to need help doing that and help staying on track.

I am going to start monday. (I am going to do Easter Dinner with my family then go cold turkey, she says.)

PS : I'm doing it and tracking my progress via my blog. There is lots of info there that I have been collecting about healthy eating.
Why alkalinizing the body is important. Are fillings giving us Mercury poisoning. Is SOY the right protein to be eating? etc. etc.
It's not as organized as I would like it to be, but it can be entertaining at points. And some of the COMMENTS from other light workers are the best part of the deal. Thank you all for your support!
