Hypnotherapy Induction MP3 for Past-Life Regression.

Below are some links to download a hypnotic induction audio file that I recorded to help anyone recall past-life memories, with a particular aim to alleviating persistent illness, psychological issues or anxiety, fear of death, and/or relationship troubles.

It is inspired by the work of Dr Brian Weiss, specifically the 'record it yourself' self-hypnosis script the Dr. Weiss lists in the appendix of his book "Through Time Into Healing". So I have recorded it myself, and am making it freely available to people who may not have the time and hypnotic experience to do so -- no copyright violation there. The induction can also be used just to explore past lives if you prefer, or even to deeply relax.

Do not use any hypnotic induction whilst driving or doing a task which requires concentration. For best effect, lie down somewhere quiet and peaceful where you can listen to the induction without being disturbed for 30 minutes. Write down your recollections as soon as you come out of trance, if possible. If you doze off rather than go into trance, switch to a chair, or try at a time when you are less fatigued.

Headphones are recommended for maximum effect. It may take two or three listens before you are used enough to my voice (I'm a Brit) and the peculiarities of the recording to be properly hypnotised, so stick with it. Absolutely no advertising or self-promotion content is included in my file, I promise, and there is no possible commercial benefit to me. I'm not a professional recording artist, just a regression hypnotist who wants to help people live joyfully. I have a strong intuition that there's going to be a need for this type of thing to be freely available pretty soon, and Lightworkers seems the best place I can think of to introduce it into the wild.
