The present moment

This is a little poem by a buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh. Its a little something that can help anyone return to the present moment when feeling dis-eased. It goes like this:
Breathing in, I calm my body.
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment
I know this is a wonderful moment.
