Just Being, bathe in the sacred waters (Energy) of Stillness, in the Holy Presence (Peace) of God, and knowing thyself as universal Humanity, breathe the Space (Spirit) Nondwelling Within us and As Us! For this Singular Purpose have we, as the spirit of man, come into being; and therefore, whatever appears to our minds literally stands out as a particularly effective means (aid) of living meditation/religion/faith/life/God--of loving God wholeheartedly.
