giving birth to a kitten???

Before I go on about my dream...I am a 23 yr. old woman who has had to have a hysterectomy. I already have one daughter and am about to get married.

Okay, so my dream started out like this: I was already married and expecting a baby. At this time, I do not know where my husband was, but I had gone into labor. I was not allowed to see the baby since I was early...I got to go home a few days later, but the baby had to stay. I went up to the hospitol to see the baby for the first time! I was so excited that it was going to be a boy because that's what my husband had wanted. When they brought me the "baby", it was wrapped in a blanket and very tiny. They placed it in my arms and when I looked down, it was to my surprise that it was a KITTEN. I immeadiatly started to ball my eyes out thinking that my husband would be so upset that it wasn't the boy he had wanted and the fact that I had a hysterectomy and could not bear anymore children. I then was in the hallway when my husband came up to me and looked at the kitten(baby). He started to cry, but then looked at me and said it didn't matter.......

What does this dream mean??? It is very odd to me that I would dream of giving birth to a kitten...wow!
