It was just a dream!

Running from it all, searching for a soul to love
the pounding sound of my heart, advised me of a star
I went blind when I saw your face
I was confused I full of fear.

It was dark and cold, I was frighten and lost!
There was my star , the soul I wanted to love
Where have you been, is this just a dream?

You say no words, you look at my face
trying to comprehend, all the words I say!
My words aren't clear, you don't understand my fear

When I though you were leaving
You took me by the hand, lead me far
To the promised land

We spoke no words, but we read our minds
You told me of your world, on my hair you put a rose.
I knew you were mine, you held me in your arms

You kiss me and I almost die
I couldn't believe you came from the sky
In your arms I felt safe,
By your wings I was embraced!

I fell asleep and felt safe
Your lips I felt as I lay there
embraced by your love, embrace by your care
You told me of that place by the forest rain!

Waking of my sleep, which felt so deep
I look around my bed, I see you are not there
I tried to make sense of this, I am confused I don't understand!
It must not be real, It was just a dream!
