A Mindset to be Honored?

Greetings: I came across this while reviewing documentaries that might be interesting and helpful and uplifting. Does this one represent a mainstream POV? Is the consciousness level of the populace at large really this dismal. Not so much with respect to the "machine" itself, but in respect of the "love" of its "killing power", as demonstrated by the troglodytes involved. Is this the "military" mind at play. Truly repugnant :)) {no judgment, of course} :)
