Not good physically, real bad Mentally, extremely bad Spiritualy!
Not into Drugs, so don't panic, however, do smoke Cigerettes, and drink alcohol 3 times a week (and binge).
Anyway, that is me - need of help, rarely on pute re Single mum of Teen and Toddler!
