Positive thinking

Hi everyone. I just just wanted to sare with you some things I have been doing for about 3 days now. I have been working with affirmations and boy are they working. You see we go alot through our day and sometimes we arent very aware of what thinking patterns we use. apon waking I've been repeating affirmations to myself after deep meditation, at night before sleeping and during the day I pay attention to how I am feeling. When I start feeling negative I stop and think about what I am saying in my head and I counter it with a positive though and intend a feeling. I recomend this approach to anyone seeking total control over ones state of being. Meditatio would also help one to learn to live in the moment ant be aware of one being.
