HELP HERE PLEASE!

I really don't know what's with me.. I have been falling and I honestly have no idea on why it keeps happening? about 2 weeks ago I was on my way home, very happy to see my boy, carying a bag with 2 bowls of chilli, when BAM! there I was on the floor, faing down..! I was so frustrated , went home and started to cry.

I mean it keeps happening and I am like,,,wow what's the deal? Today I was on my way to the store, since I was at lunch, and again,, I was facing down on the floor. I am not sure why this keeps happening?

So speaking from the spiritual point of view, could that means I have some kind of imbalance? Someone here please help me.
