Baby New Consciousness, release of old paradigm of partnership, in with the equal/healthy Partnership

This past week has been amazing and so beautiful, yet as people and the planet shifts we are beginning again to look at what no longer resonates with us.

Releasing the old paradigm of love: What is this? What am I talking about?

The old paradigm is of "controlling/making" your partner do something, in the name of love. Making the relationship go further or loose me forever. Love is not all or nothing. If you truly love someone you'll love them no matter what. You'll love their Free Will, and their God/Goddess Essence. The fear of loss, control, society rules/fears, insecurity were what was released last week, with the planet and with all that resides on the planet. I was seeing how this is affecting us, all the way to the government issues/scale.  It's none of the government's business who i am with, or not with.  Do I not have more than one choice when it comes to love ?  When  we do our taxes:  Single or married?  uh no.  I was seeing how 'partnership' in this term is used to control our money and finances and how we are ruled as people.  I was also seeing it of late, concerning family life, religion and how we are maintained as a people/race. 

What was brought in? The new perfect, harmonious, whole and complete relationship. Connection with the Divine and Higher Self for all individuals, for all to remember they are God/Goddess. When we remember we are God/Goddess we see that we can make any choice, that we have equal power and we have Free will. We are here to do what we are here to do. We all have our own purpose to furfill, we all have jobs and people we love. For each person to come into a relationship knowing they are whole and complete as individuals. Thus when in a relationship it's more easy going, there are no traps, or fear of loss. The more love is available to each individual and partnership.  There are no weakness'.

The male and female have different strengths, but as they come together they are equal. The male holds physical strength, the strength of support and love. The female holds emotional strength, also softness of carrying a new one into this world, and support of love and faith. Each holds the value of intellect. Each holds good family skills in raising the young together. It's not just the female's job anymore. The male is needed to help, for each to care equally for the young. This brings back the equality to the table. Not one player has more than the other. With each individual brings their own gifts and understandings and as one relationship bridge happiness, growth and love to the world.

We as individuals are not here on this earth to be governed and ruled over. We are here to co-create a beautiful life and to learn what it is to live within our own rules. Love is not to be "attained".  It's to be experienced, and nurtured and to be breathed as precious and sacred.  Love is fearless.  Love knows no bounds.  

If you start getting in a place where you are getting those old thoughts, a good mantra is: 

"LOVE IS FEARLESS. I AM FEARLESS.  I AM LOVE.  I LOVE I AM."

The following exercises are what I've been helping my clients in grounding these new changes harmoniously:

1) invite your guides and higher selves, along with God/goddess, Mother Earth. 

2) State your intention: "to release old paradigm of love to God/Goddess" breathe it out, and ask that "the new paradigm of love" to come into to you to replace what you just released, for the highest good for all. Allow yourself to fully release and fully bring in.

Consciously pull the new paradigm of love into your body, into your cells, into your muscles, bones, all that you are, with your breathe. Start with your feet, breathe it into your feet, breathe it into your ankles, legs, knees, hips, pelvis, spine: cocxyx, sacrrum, vertebra all the way to your skull, into your brain, out your eyes, ears, nose and mouth, into your neck, shoulders, arms, elbow, forearms, fingers, thumbs, hands, back into your torso, shoulders, chest, back, belly all the way down to your feet like a circuit. Allow the old paradigm to be pushed out easily and automatically, and if you need a visual I like to see the issues release as balloons soaring in the sky to God/Goddess.

3) When you feel complete with that, ask your "inner male and inner female" to release the old paradigm of love, and accept the new paradigm of love in it's place" easily and harmoniously. Ask and allow the inner male and inner female to be equal, balanced and harmonized within and to themselves. That they be on equal ground together. You may feel sensations in your body as you do this!! That is great! It means it's working, keep going, we have one more step.

4) Now, ask that your DNA to release the "frequency of Fear" and ask your higher self to receive the "Frequency of Complete Love" in it's place. You are trading emotional frequencies. Ask and allow anything that's in your field or energy to be completely released, harmoniously, easily and automatically, for the highest good for all. Keep breathing, listen to some good music, something that makes you happy (meditation music is good). This whole process could take any where from thirty minutes to an hour. Please do all the steps, each are important and all are needed for completion.

When you feel complete,

5) See your body in your minds eye, and draw a lightening bolt down the center of you, to seal and activate all these changes. And ask God to make these changes permenant for the highest good for all. Thank, honor and release all that you invited to help you and be with you. You are done.

:) I wanted to get this out to all those that could do this, for the highest good for all. I have seen with my clients that some are already experiencing great shifts with their partners and this is why I came up with this formula. I hope all is well.  Not only are you helping yourself and your understanding of love be more complete, you are helping the planet shift into the frequency of love, the higher love model.  She can do this on her own, but for us to have this in ourselves as well, helps her tremendously.  So thank Her as well.  :)  If it suits you, do an offering to your guides/mother earth after you are complete with this mediation/exercise.  They love it when you thank them.  Again maintaining balance in all areas. :)
