Namaste, brothers and sisters. Since the last activation a couple of weeks ago, I've been battling infections of the sinuses and the urinary tract. I am getting well but slowly. I understand that my spirit team are fixing something in my genes right now, too, as I clear these things from myself (this one's a victory for holistic medicine, woohoo!), so I know it's all for the highest good.

I will not take antibiotics as this will worsen the weakening of my body and am instead treating myself with Kundalini Reiki and alkali-forming food to detoxify myself during the day, and going up to the Arcturian ships at night for treatment. While I was in the ER yesterday for acute abdominal pain, Mother Kuan Yin told me to open my heart; this anchored the pink golden light in the hospital and helped hearts open to compassion for the self there.
