where do I start? HELP

I come from a family of Druids/Witches-Pagans-New Age. Always aware, but want to get back.
I did a full Charka Cleansing with Crystals, myself - it was amazing, almost Orgasmic! My whole body was tingling, and felt it was off the bed!
But My Q is, do I Fung Shui, Smudge, contact my Angels/Spirit Guides or what? I mean first, to try and heal my mind.
My daughter (now 13yrs) talked to souls still here, my 2 yr old son has talked to a spirit from 2mths old, and still talks to people I don't see, but I accept.

My son has what I lost, where/how do I start to regain what I had as a child, and lost as I got older?
