Humans with ET families

Some of us have conscious knowledge about our ET families in the stars. It seems that at one point of our growth they are coming back, the contact is renewed, but really why? I spent years healing their departure, now I see them having lunch next to me and waiting for my move. I am observing and don’t really know what to do. Did anyone experience something similar? What would you do in my place?
