Where you meet your Guides Angels

Where and how do you greet and meet with your Guides and Angeles? Do you set aside a time and a place to meet with them to receive messages and answers to your questions?
OR - When you are in crisis do you automatically expect them to be there at your beckon call to fix the situation or problem you are in?
It is a great idea to have a special place to meet and even time set aside to meet and receive energy (messages, information, healing etc.) from these Spiritual Beings. You can create in your mind, during your mediation time a place a special temple or room where you can meet with them. Some folks refer to these special places as crystal rooms or temples, healing room, no matter what we call them it is YOUR inner sanctum. No other person can penetrate this your special place.
I feel there is another important point to make here: is not your body actually the sacred temple? Is that not where your Divine self resides? If that is truly your belief then that is where you truly meet with your Guides and Angels (and Ancestors).
You can look at the Sacred Temples, Sacred Sites etc. to get some ideas of external places of worship. The goal: to focus on the thoughts that you are creating within you this special place where you desire to meet with your special guests.
