Morning Blessing from Reverend Angela

The most Soul serving meditation you could practice would be to
consciously engage, for at least twenty minutes each day, being open to
receiving all of Life without pushing any single part of it away. This act
of nonresistance creates fertile ground for Soul resonance in the here and
now. Allow the activity of your mind, allow your wondering. allow your pain,
allow everything to occur all at once.

In my practice, which I have dubbed Soul Journaling, I invite
everything in! And during this time of allowing I can observe my own
reactions, feelings, and responses to all that has encompassed my attention.
As everything that was allowed begins to awaken a heighten state of
awareness within I finish with the conscious intention and following
visualization that may assist you too.

Simply sit, creating a vortex from the heavens that spirals down
through the top of your crown chakra and down into the Earth. Then from the
Earth, another vortex comes spiraling back in the opposite direction, up
through you, up through the root chakra, up through the crown chakra. These
spiraling energies spew out all those things that are not for your highest
good.

So all that is for my highest good remains and revitalizes me
while that which cannot serve is claimed by universal forces to be healed
and made whole and sent on to its next highest expression. From my
perspective I gain more power, strength, passion, and creativity when I
commit to doing this daily.

Now, go ahead set up a time in your day for personal growth
meditation. Light a candle. Invite the essences of cedar and orange if you
want to promote spiritual awakening; these are particularly good for
heightening clairaudient abilities. Play some music softly in the
background. Dim the lighting, and then begin to explore.

Indeed God is the One infinite spirit which fills all the
universe

with Himself alone, so that all is from Him and in Him, and
there

is nothing that is outside. It is within this One presence that
I

live, move and have my being. In this light then I see myself
and

all others in the context of One Divine Reality.

Saturated with Divine Life, I am guided daily in balance and
bliss.

The ceremony of this day blesses me in God's perfection. I stand

in freedom and empowerment of my spiritual connection. The world

is new for me each moment. I look at everything in my path as
fresh,

radiant, and sparkling. The reservoir of my authentic God self,
which

is without limits, sets about the joy of transcending my visions
of

what I think life is supposed to look like. I know it is
possible for this

higher power to play, to work, to manifest through me now!

A lifetime of newness is my gift from the Infinite today, and I
accept

it with gratitude. In the perfect center of my being, I honor,
celebrate,

and rejoice. Love is the fulfillment of the Law, and I am of Its
glorious

expression as I release my word and receive the bounty of a
generous

and giving God. And so it is.
