How could I manage to find my spiritual guidance?

I know I need a spiritual guidance, I would appreciate some Guru for me. I know I should start with developing myself with a help from my spiritual guides, but I don't know them. I know whole lotta people who talk to their spiritual guides and work with them. Could you teach me how shall I do that or guess who are my spiritual guides? Thank you.
