Need Help - chakras

I was trying to get some help and suggestions. For the past few weeks I have had these pains in my back, most especially between my shoulder blades. I do believe this is where the heart chakra is located. Just yesterday my sister told me she had been having pains in her back as well, and it wasn't long ago that we discovered that we feel each others pain and sickness, and it has been going all our lives like this. And just tonight, her friend, one with whom we share this intimate knowledge with, is having pains in the same area as well.

So I guess what I am getting at is that we want to know more about the heart chakra and if there is anything that can help heal it, and how. From my understanding my sister is a healer, is there any suggestions I can give her to try?
