LOVING THE SELF AND MERGING WITH THE TWIN FLAME

Your SELF is not only the male/female person that you see in the mirror but you are also a composite of all your multidimensional selves (selves that are living in different dimensions), you extraterrestrial selves (selves that are in other planets, other than earth), and your male and female selves within. In order for us to be in our full power, to be sovereign beings, we need to align with all our selves and especially our HIGHER SELF or the CHRIST SELF . For it is time now to align ourselves as God's creation, to be in our power as partners with God and creation. All the dramas we see outside ourself are the dramas of seperation. We are never ever separate from God or creation, because we emanated from God, we are a part of God and can never be apart. The seperation thought is responsible for the discord of all dramas in this world. In order to see the dramas as they are and to rise up above them and to take up our power as sovereign beings we need to reconnect back to our HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS or HIGHER SELF. Many of us feel lost in the drama of life, this is because we have lost the connection to our whole self, our connection with GOD. The solution is very simple, we reconnect with God, we return back HOME. You have always heard the phrase HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS. Yes, this is very true. Our home lies in our heart. Our twin flame lies in our heart. Our twin flame is our powerfull male and female selves. For many years now on this planet we were not encouraged to connect with our feelings, our heart, our place of power. We have been operating from the mind and gone into science and technology without any feeling for ourselves or for God or for the Earth and suddenly realized that everything that we have achieved has not led us to peace, health, joy or love which are the true abundance. Hence, now we have a longing, a seeking for this peace and joy, we are seeking our way back HOME. And home is where the heart is. In order to reach home we need to start being the love and joy that we are. The first step is to be love, how do we be love, we have forgotten to love ourselves, we say we love the whole world but we do not love ourselves, our body temple which is the wellspring of LOVE! We can give the world only what we have, we cannot give what we do not have. If we do not love ourselves we cannot love anyone else, not even God. If we do not forgive ourselves, we cannot forgive others. Hence, we can give only what we have, that is the simple truth. The more we love ourselves the more we choose to do and give good things for our selves and others. We come into our full power and wisdom to choose and live from the place of wellbeing. And as we are never separate from God or from each other, the more love we choose, we are choosing love for the ALL. We start to respect and honor each other and the earth. Heaven and Earth rejoices with the wise human who has chosen the path of LOVE. The path of LOVE begins from loving the SELF. The part of God who is with us now and who we can touch and feel is the self! Hence, this is the place where we start , without healing and loving this fundamental place there can be no healing outside. Affirmations of love with feeling have helped me so much to love my SELF. One powerful affirmation that worked wonders for me was from Louise Hay's book, "You can heal your life". The affirmation goes like this:
"I love myself; I am wonderful; Today is one of the best days of my life, Everything is working out for my Highest good, Whatever I need to know is revealed to me, Whatever I need comes to me, All is well." We need affirmations because for a long number of years our mind has been trained to think negative thoughts of limited consciousness about ourselves, we need to retrain the mind to unplug it from these thoughts. It is very necessary for anyone who is seeking wholeness at this time to love the self by affirmations. The affirmations themselves are just words, but they become magic by your feelings. As you say the affirmation to yourself put in your feelings and see each sentence as Truth for you. It is also very powerful to say the affirmation by looking at yourself in the mirror and looking into the eyes of this wonderful being in the mirror. The affirmations can also be written down with feeling as many times as you can in a journal. Saying the affirmation as many times as you can is also a perfect method of retraining the mind. The next step to loving the SELF is total surrender to God. As we are never separate from God, we train our conscious mind to connect through our breath. Our breath is one great part of theBody of God. The air we breathe goes in and out through the lungs and nostrils of every being on the planet, we are connected to the ALL by our breath!!! Hence when we consciously breathe we are consciously connecting HOME. Conscious breathing is done by visualization, see in your mind's eye the breath that you breathe as a most brilliant liquid Creator LIGHT emerging as a SUN from the top of your head. Pull this liquid light with every inbreath from the crown of your head into your whole body to your feet and allow it to flow to the heart of the earth. With every inbreath fill your body and with every outbreath allow this light to overflow from you to the outside and spread to the earth. This is a most powerful technique which consciously connects you to your HOME. This practice needs to be done sincerely that this becomes a habit to do all the time. You will discover that this light of God that flows into you sustains you through tough times and provides wonderful solutions for every problem. A wise human is one who allows God to love him/her. As we consciously choose to do these things deligently, we suddenly find that we love ourselves and we love the whole world, we discover a whole new creation unfolding in our space!!! This loving kindness to oneself, is the connection to GOD, connection to our POWER and WHOLENESS! As you are feeling and loving yourself more, a great balance of the SELF is coming to you, you are anchoring balance not only for yourself but for the planet!!! This is the great need for the planet and for ourselves at this time! Through loving kindness for self and true feeling we are coming into the knowing of how we have seperated ourself form all that we are and how we are now returning HOME by giving this wonderful gift of merging our Christ Self, our Higher Self, our multidimensional selves, and our male and female selves. Our male and female selves are the twin flame within. So far men and women were not loving themselves, did not open their feeling centers, and so were not complete in themselves and so they thought that someone outside themselves need to complete them. So they entered into marriage or any union for that matter into expectation that the other partner would complete them somehow, and this is where all discord began. The twin flame is the male and female selves within the heart of every human being. Humans were lied to by saying that they are not good enough and they were given different roles to play in different male and female bodies. So males and females became more mind and lower body oriented without connecting to heart (feeling center). Now that we are connecting to ourself with feeling and love, we are discovering the wonderment, beauty and power of the SELF!!! WE are also discovering that WE are whole and complete in ourself and that we do not need anyone else to complete us. We now understand that we are a giver of things and we want more for others what we want for ourself. The more we choose to empower others from the place of power of our loving kindness towards ourself, we will suddenly see that we have enough and more of all that we desire in our life. We see that we have enough and more of love, more of kindness, more of forgiveness, more of wealth and everything needed for this life to give to others! The law of the Universe is sowing and reaping and so the Universe is bringing an abundance of what you are giving away!!! WE are on a beautiful journey of discovering the wholeness, the God/Goddess Self, the Giver in us!!! As each and every one of us are electromagnetic beings we are producing frequencies, and these frequencies are travelling far and wide into the earth, the space and to many universes. Love is the only solution for all problems and as we deligently choose love, we are sending the powerful frequencies as powerful soulutions.
