A Practical Question Regarding Low Income Seniors (I wanna pick all those beautiful brains out there!)

I'm trying to find the right resource for an employee at my company. She is 70 years old and still needs to work as her pension isn't enough to support her. We can't offer her enough hours and I told her I would try to help and find some resources regarding getting another job or other financial help.

I am just sad that she feels so desperate and wish she could retire! She's a great worker but very insecure as she's afraid to lose her job and feels intimidated working around so many younger people. I found her crying in the break room today and told her I'd check out some options. If anyone has any ideas regarding agencies I could contact I'd love to hear them. I'm living in the Western Slope region of Colorado (near Telluride).
