The beginners guide to Channeling

One of the most beautiful gifts we have is the power by which we can channel energy through our bodies. imagine your love focused like a sun beam through a magnifying glass. Just place your hands on your cat or dogs head and allow your love to start in your stomach, surge through your head, then go down your arm and through your hands, then holding your pets head gently in your hand you take the energy back, by this means we can take pain and injury into our selves and away from another being. I can easily relax an animal to the point of sleep by this technique, I've managed it with wild rabbits and birds.
