Psychic Self Defense (PSD) Techniques: Suggestions Please !

Greetings All: As most of us know life in the 3rd dimension can be challenging at so many levels, often simultaneously. I would very much appreciate hearing from you on what you view as your most effective PSD technique/process. This will be of great service to me and some friends, locally. Something significantly dark energetically, and quite potent, appears to be "going on" in Mt. Shasta, currently, and is effecting quite a few folks very negatively.
