"Opening To Angels"

Good Morning. Just recently watched the DVD "Opening To Angels".
This was a very moving experience, but not in a dramatic way.
It was more of an "Aha" moment. Just listening to them talk about the Angels was very uplifting. I am sooooooooo grateful for the experience.
Now I feel my life has been lifted to a whole new level.
But this is an unfamiliar feeling, not unpleasant though.
I know that it is no coincidence I am here, in this moment, on this forum, The Angels have guided me.
But I am asking for some assistance or advice in adjusting to this new level.
I know there is no need to struggle and that struggle is exactly what will make things harder! LOL! Does that make any sense at all to anyone?
One of the messengers on the video talks about toning. I have been practicing this somewhat and it feels rather akward and sounds terrible! I am no pro at singing!
But I feel soooooooooooo moved to sing but have no words!
Or it is like there is a song on the tip of my tongue, but I can't get it out.
Does anyone have any simple mantras I could tone or any simple invocations to assist in this?
I know this is all good.
