Getting What You Want, Wanting What You Get
Amy Hale

I spend quite a bit of time speaking with clients regarding
unconscious creation. Unconscious creation is creating life without
even realizing it. Have you ever placed your focus on a situation that
you were afraid would turn out negatively and it did? How many times
have you told yourself "I don't think I can do that," and then you
can't? Many of you can probably think of the times that you use to
have trouble releasing excess weight or quitting smoking.

But what if you could create consciously? Get what you really want.
Sound impossible? It's not. There's nothing wrong with wanting to be
financially wealthy, beautifully thin or having a charismatic
personality. You can create a better life no matter what your state of
being.

You are a magnet. What you focus on, you magnetize to you. You attract
what you focus on. This is the "Law of Attraction." It is a universal
law that cannot be broken. It is impossible to trick this law or go
against it.

For example, I know a person that absolutely despises his job and
wants to get out of it very quickly. However, he is attracting exactly
what he doesn't want. He is focusing on the job he despises and not
focusing on a position more suitable to him. So how can the Law of
Attraction work for him? It actually is working for him. It is working
perfectly as it always does.
Amy Hale ~ Getting What You Want, Wanting What You Get, Part 1
Through this series of articles, I will help you to find and
experience the wondrous power you have in attracting circumstances and
events that you want in your life. So if you are choosing to improve
your life in any way, you can. And you don't HAVE to buy anything.

So your first assignment from this is to really find out what you
want. Write down what you want and why. What emotions come up for you
when you think about your desires? Are they all good? Or are there
some that bring up fear, anger or guilt? If you have any trouble
discovering what you want, you can (at least at first) write down what
you don't want and then turn it into what you do want. You want to
focus on a positive desire. In the beginning, stick to around 5 things
that you want. (Some desires to think about might be finding love or
improving a relationship, building financial wealth, creating a
healthy body, and getting a great job.) As you get more skilled at
creating and manifesting your desires, you can add more. The
possibilities are limitless.

Getting What You Want, Wanting What You Get (This is Part 2 of a series)

Do you want to attract health, excellence, success, happiness, and
love to your life? A major factor in creating a life you love has to
do with the way you speak about your life. What you say creates what
you believe and what you believe impacts how you behave, the choices
you make, and the way your life will be. Learn how to create the life
you want by focusing on what you say and how you say it!

Follow these easy step to change your vibration with words: Notice
what you say on a daily basis that is causing your life to be more of
a struggle. Do you refer to situations and experiences as hard,
tiring, frustrating, and annoying?

Some popular phrases are:

"It is so hard."

"I am so tired of that happening."

"This always happens."

"I am so frustrated."

STOP using your most popular and favored words and phrases that are
limiting you. As you put that language in to your daily reality, guess
what? You just keep getting more of what you DON'T WANT! These words
and phrases create barricades you impose on your life by the way you
talk about things.

This month, focus on replacing negative limiting words and phrases
with affirmative words and phrases, to help switch the flow of your
life. Write statements like the following on your bathroom mirror to
get you going for the day:

"It is coming to me easily."

"I am so excited for all the good that flows my way."

"That is great."

"I guess they are doing the best they know how"

"I accept my life for what it is and am committed to putting forth the

effort to change it."

"I am believing that the best is possible."

"I am seeing the good in all things."

"I am seeing more of the good in myself."

The power of intentional language can change your life, so use it! You
will be grateful you did! I guarantee you will be given a lot of
opportunities to use it this month!
