Magic and energy and shields and chants and conversations with higher self and angels to no avail. It started last weekend and is growing.
Rescue Remedy, Kava Kava, Valerian are but small pauses in this downright PHYSICAL state of terminal anxiety. I feel as though my heart is about to explode.
