It has been said you are what you eat! If you eat 80% alkalide foods and around 20% acid foods
you will find a ph balance that will give you health. Proper combining of foods is of very important for digestion and your overall health. A well rounded program including exercise, proper attitude, chewing and food combination. Take a look at the typical American or Mexican main course of meat and potatoes tortillas /tacos and beef. Look at the chart - proteins and Starches are a poor combination. A better combination might be turkey and vegetables with a salad. Eat but one concentrated protein food at a meal. Fruits should be eaten as a fruit meal, unmixed with other foods except lettuce and celery. Melons should be eated alone and not mixed with other melons.
