As a Naturopath
There has been a lot written lately about releasing stored emotion, (dumping your baggage)and as a naturopath of twenty years, I find I work exclusively in this area. All emotion is an energy, so finding and thinking about the retained emotion, will not clear it!. I specialise in massage, doing many different kinds. But over the years I have learned that the tightness and "hard" muscles are just ones that have emotion strangling it! Let me explain, the unexpressed emotion, gets pushed deep inside us where it gets caught in the myofascial tissue that surrounds each muscle and organ, the more we retain, the less that muscle or organ can function. All emotion is an energy and therefore must be used up! The reason why so many are having extreme body aches with the ascension process is because of retained emotion! There is also another major reason we HAVE to release emotion and that is because Our mind is a computer, it is programmed by our lives!! If we have trapped emotion, whenever a similar situation arises, our computer says aha we know how we deal with that, its on record, ie stored! This is why we repeat the same relationship types, the same old lessons! Stored emotion becomes an emotional trigger, one that any similar emotion sets off!When we release that emotion we clear our data banks, and next time we face a similar situation our computer says huh? what do we do now, which is the split second that helps us see clearly! When I first started in my psychic group ( with good friend Salamander52)over 20 years ago, my guide told me we have to become as the child we were at birth, ie no triggers, or programming!!! Emotion is good! feel and express everyone of them!!anger esp must be expressed, but go belt a pillow or something, just get it out!!!!!!! Some great ways of getting emotion out esp anger, is to put on loud music, grab a pillow, sit down and beat time to the music, start to tell the cause of you anger (ask your guides just to release it, dont let it go to the person!)tell them very loudly, roar, hit the pillow harder, it will be released!!!There are many forms of massage etc that do emotional release, ie myofascial release (my favorite) eft, sandplay, old movies,(tearjerkers like 'Who will love my children") dance, many ways to do it!!!
