Wherever You Go, There You Are. Usually...
Coiling. Nautilus. Never-ending spirals wherever they are found. Wherever they are created. Maya causes universal suffering. Lack of separation induces self-harm. I feel it all. Where do I end? Where do you begin? Is it our differences or our sameness that unites? And does the opposite divide? Just cells, molecules, atoms, bouncing from experience to experience. Experiencing the same if we simply stand long enough to let ourselves feel the gifts brought to us by a vast and nurturing earth. Stagnant. Flowing. Potential. Kinetic. Over-immersed. Over-detached. Constantly battling ourselves. Experiencing the pain of the world all too acutely. Refusing the pain. Balancing empathy and alienation. Namaste connects divine sparks of truth despite the mask of individuality. Trying to let go of fear. Perhaps it is the Identity of fear itself that makes it linger. Is it fear of suffering that keeps us separated, cut-off, alone? Who would I be without the suffering? Without the illusion? I have come to this place because I know division and heartbreak and pain, both my own and that of others, even strangers. You have, too. You are your own. I know that. Your own experiences, battles, suffering, and bliss have made you the You I see now. But an embrace that I never want to break, a look of knowing, a smile of the kindrid, a kiss on the face, a kiss for the soul, and the feeling in my heart all tell me we are in this together. Tells me we are connected. Tells me we are one despite the duality. Perhaps because of the duality. There is no right or wrong, only what is right here, right now.
