Let it all out...

Hi family,

The last week has been much harder than expected. I still miss the woman I still love with all my heart. The crying is not over, yet... and with all these waves of energy, high and low tides, pushing and pulling, it can be quite a task to stay centered.

So in some cases, I just decide to go "all out", and listen to music that will release those tears with no blockage. I don't want to deny those, nor want to stay stuck in them. I guess I decide, ok, let's do this.

I'm not going to surprise anyone here if I state that Radiohead, and Thom Yorke's almost channeled music works good for that. There is a song I listen to often these days ("All I Need") and I have found a beautifully edited video of it on YouTube, combined with superb images of Mother Earth's most beautiful kingdoms. It shifted my love to our very own Mother Earth, the stunning magic all around. Almost strange in fact. I was crying for my loss and at the same time for the divine compassion Mother Earth has had for mankind, for what we have forgotten as a collective over layers and layers of veils.

Enjoy, it's worth it.
