Is ghost hunting nice to ghosts?

Does anyone think ghost hunting is kind of heartless is a way? Though I haven't watched shows on it, or participated in any 'hunting' or searching for ghosts, I am sensitive to entities and when one is near me, it is in some sort of need; usually after I sense its state(scared, sad, confused or maybe angry)I offer it help to the Light, and most often this is what it was wanting. Perhaps because I feel this way; empathetic, is why most of the beings that I experience are 'needy'. I excude a 'helping' feel or something.

This is why I wonder what other people think of 'ghost' hunting, because my feelings are that to hunt for them, in some house or something and then just leave it to its fate, seems kind of cruel, if its done just for entertainment. I realize not all entities are happy, or pleasant, but do they deserve to not have the chance to move on with their soul journey?
