Why the anger all of the sudden? ..FULL MOOON.

Yup, full moon. I looked out the window, saw the white reflection of the car's window, and "Yup. Full Moon."

I kept getting all these 'rushes of anger'. Do you know that when you get angry or when your ego takes over your heart gets 'pinched'? Yeah, that tells you whenever your chakra is being poked and contracting. It's better to send your anger through your navel - NOT YOUR HEART, like in the show "Avatar - The Airbender', the old dude said that it's safer to send lightning through the stomach, not heart. The anger I had was unnecessary and not needed, so it affected my heart chakra. :(

Negative news is that I haven't meditated in a while... (Blows a whistle)

Positive news is that I'm trying to hold myself together, boy, these are strong energy. Don't want to get cancer and mumps from all that anger too though.
