On Rainbows, Spirals, and Vortexes

ON RAINBOWS, SPIRALS, AND VORTEXES

It’s said: “Quantum Mechanics: The dreams stuff is made of” … and so it is, but we don’t need to know much about quantum mechanics to manifest do we? Similarly, we can look at symbols we use which teach and inform us of the workings of the universe – and to my way of thinking, this is a lot more fun than studying science!

There was Dorothy, living in a black and white world, dreaming of a better place over the rainbow. Her idea wasn’t new – humanity has always felt the ‘Energy’ around and within them – Universal Energy, Life Force, Chi, qi – whatever you call it, it’s calling you, and everyone, all the time, inviting you to use it’s power. And so it was with Dorothy, she wished upon a star, was granted her wish and was taken by a spiraling vortex of energy, a Twister, to the colourful land of OZ.

The Australian Aborigines have their ‘dreamtime’, a central theme of which is the Rainbow Serpent. In this painting the Rainbow Serpent is represented as a tunnel or vortex of energy – going back through the rainbow light to source. It's a similar notion to the western idea of crossing the Rainbow Brige over the abyss to get to the 'other side'

The Labyrinth is another example of a spiral, known and used since at least ancient Greek times. Walking the path of a labyrinth is a meditation, and raises frequency.

The ancient Celts carved spirals into rocks such as this one at Newgrange. This is a very sacred place, and the spirals had sacred meaning to the people.

Geometry and nature can have recurring patterns which can be metaphors about our journey back to source. An example is the infinite ‘Golden Mean’ - the magic and mystery of the spiral in maths.

It’s the same with fractal geometry - an infinite pattern occurring in nature that has now been worked out mathematically. The popularity of fractals as screensavers and the like, is because we connect with the sense of natural harmony and movement which is inherent in it’s flow – we can be mesmerized as something deep within us recognizes its energy. Sacred Geometry made manifest, as it is in nature, a recurring pattern.

Everybody loves the magic of a rainbow – seeing one stirs our souls and lifts our spirits. Rainbows are used as symbols and emblems by many individuals and organizations. Rainbow Warriors connect with this energy and bring it down to do good works. Lightworkers also bring down light energy to do good works, raise consciousness, and nurture earths ascension. One sister here uses a rainbow spiral as her icon – so perfect and beautiful.

As above, so below. Also as in fractal geometry recurring in repeated patterns through the dimensions – all Divine Light Energy.
Individually, we each have our colourful aura, and rainbow chakra system.
Some describe the chakras as vortexes, or looking like spinning fan blades – as spiralling vortexes of energy.
Also, there is the Kundalini – the twin spiraling snakes of energy.
Our Divine Energy / Light within.

So where does the story go? Well it spirals back to the beginning of course!

Dorothy discovers that she’d rather be back at home. She learnt her lesson: the task is to tap into higher light energies and bring that energy down, back to the here and now, into manifestation, and in doing so our frequency is raised.
Another way of looking at is this. Just say there’s a lone apple in a bucket and it wants to get out. Now no matter how hard the apple tries, it cannot climb the side of the bucket to be free. However, if water was poured into the bucket (universal energy) the apple would effortlessly float upwards.

So, whenever you see Rainbow imagery, spiral imagery (including snakes), someone doodling spirals, children spinning, people dancing, even people simply enjoying a breeze or spending time in nature, spiral sea shells ….
.....Oh the more you look the more of it your see!

…. Then … – REJOICE – they are tapping into Divine Light and unconsciously working on their ascension! TEE-HEE. So go out and sing, dance, play, laugh.

And finally – everything is interconnected, all is in divine perfect order, and we are all ONE through light.
