Strange Recurring Dream

For years I've had dream about being shot up with some sort of drug that disables my movement and vocal abilities, after it's administered a bright light is shone on me and the doctors began a surgery while I'm wide awake and can feel every little slice. What does it mean? I've wanted to know for years, hopefully you guys can help.
